These terms apply to the Chris Titus Tech text messaging program (SMS/MMS), which includes order updates, customer service communications, and marketing messages such as offers and promotions. By separately opting in to the program, you agree to receive the message types described when you sign up at the mobile number you provide. Using our website or accepting these general Terms of Service does not by itself enroll you in text messages.

Messages are limited to the types you consent to receive at enrollment. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies according to the program you join and your interactions with us; any program-specific frequency is disclosed at signup. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

You must be the account holder or have the account holder’s permission to enroll the mobile number you provide. Please notify us if your number changes or is reassigned so we can stop messaging that number.

You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out; no further messages will be sent from that program unless you opt in again. You can also request removal by emailing contact@christitus.com. To rejoin, use the program’s signup process and provide consent again.

We do not sell or share mobile opt-in information or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers that help us deliver the messaging program, solely to provide that service, or as required by law.

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
